https://www.krctimes.com/hindi/?p=9265 अयोध्‍या मामले पर सुनवाई करते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 2 अगस्त को बड़ा लिया है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि आगामी 6 अगस्त से अब हर रोज अयोध्या मामले पर सुनवाई होगी। आज इस मामले पर सुनवाई करते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने साफ कर दिया कि मध्‍यस्‍थता का कोई नतीजा नहीं निकला है। अब कयास लगाए जा रहे हैं कि अगले 100 दिनों में अयोध्या मामले का फैसला आ सकता है क्योंकि संवैधानिक बेंच के प्रमुख यानि सीजेआई नवंबर में रिटायर हो रहे हैं।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मध्यस्थता की कोशिश फेल होने के बाद इस मामले पर सुनवाई के लिए आगे की रूपरेखा तय कर दी। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि अब इस मामले की सुनवाई तब तक चलेगी,  जब तक कोई नतीजा नहीं निकल जाता है।

गौरतलब है कि गुरुवार को मध्यस्थता समिति ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सीलबंद लिफाफे में फाइनल रिपोर्ट पेश की थी। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पहले ही कहा था कि अगर आपसी सहमति से कोई हल नहीं निकलता है, तब रोजाना सुनवाई होगी। यह फैसला चीफ जस्टिस रंजन गोगोई की अध्यक्षता वाली संवैधानिक पीठ ने किया। इस बेंच में जस्टिस एसए बोबडे, जस्टिस डीवाई चंद्रचूड़, जस्टिस अशोक भूषण और जस्टिस एसए नजीर शामिल हैं।

इसके पहले सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने गुरुवार को मामले की सुनवाई करते हुए कहा कि इस मामले में मध्यस्थता की कोशिश सफल नहीं हुई है। समिति के अंदर और बाहर पक्षकारों के रुख में कोई बदलाव नहीं दिखा। कोर्ट ने अयोध्या राम जन्मभूमि विवाद मामले में गठित मध्यस्थता कमिटी भंग करते हुए कहा कि 6 अगस्त से मामले की रोज सुनवाई होगी। यह सुनवाई हफ्ते में तीन दिन मंगलवार, बुधवार और गुरुवार को होगी।

https://www.krctimes.com/hindi/?p=4048 बिहार में चमकी बुखार (अक्यूट इन्सेफलाइटिस सिंड्रोम) से बच्चों की मौत पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने गहरी चिंता जताई। सर्वोच्च अदालत ने केंद्र और राज्य सरकारों से बच्चों की मौत पर जवाब मांगा है।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इस बुखार की रोकथाम के लिए किए उपाय और संबंधित कार्यक्रमों के बारे में राज्य सरकार को 7 दिन के अंदर हलफनामा दायर कर जवाब देने का भी निर्देश दिया। याचिकाकर्ताओं मनोहर प्रताप और सनप्रीत सिंह अजमानी की ओर से दाखिल याचिका की सुनवाई करते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने यह बात कही।

सुनवाई के दौरान एक अधिवक्‍ता ने न्‍यायालय को बताया कि इस तरह की मौतें पहले उत्‍तर प्रदेश में भी हो चुकी हैं। न्‍यायालय ने इस बात का संज्ञान लेते हुए उत्‍तर प्रदेश सरकार से भी जवाब दाखिल करने को कहा है। 

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बिहार, केंद्र सरकार और उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार को 7 दिनों की समय सीमा में अपना जवाब हलफनामा दायर कर दाखिल करने का निर्देश दिया। कोर्ट ने राज्यों और केंद्र सरकार को अक्यूट इन्सेफलाइटिस सिंड्रोम से पीड़ित बच्चों के इलाज के लिए दी जा रही मेडिकल सुविधाएं, अस्पतालों की व्यवस्था, पोषण और साफ-सफाई पर अपना जवाब दाखिल करने का निर्देश दिया। 

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बच्चों की मौत को गंभीर मामला मानते हुए सख्त टिप्पणी की। सर्वोच्च अदालत ने यह भी कहा कि राज्य सरकार बुखार की रोकथाम के लिए दवाइयों की उपलब्धता पर भी अपना जवाब दाखिल करे।

याचिकाकर्ताओं का कहना है कि चमकी बुखार से होने वाली मौत को रोकने में सरकारी तंत्र पूरी तरह से विफल रहा है। इसके साथ ही याचिकाकर्ताओं ने चिकित्‍सा विशेषज्ञों का एक बोर्ड गठित कर उसे तत्‍काल मुजफ्फरपुर भेजने की केन्‍द्र को निर्देश देने की भी मांग की गई है। 

गौरतलब है कि बिहार के मुजफ्फरपुर में अब तक चमकी बुखार से 170 बच्चों की मौत हो चुकी है। ज्यादातर बच्चे बेहद गरीब परिवार से संबंध रखते हैं। हालांकि बिहार सरकार का कहना है कि इसके लिए पर्याप्त इंतजाम किए जा रहे हैं।
