Silchar: Silchar MLA Dipayan Chakraborty on Friday night attended the prize distribution ceremony of Abhinaba Club at College Road, Silchar, held as part of the celebrations for the country’s 79th Independence Day.

The event, marked by a spirit of camaraderie and community pride, was graced by several eminent personalities, including former BJP Cachar president Bimalandu Roy, senior party karyakarta Anil Chandra Dey, and senior advocate Rajat Ghosh. Club members and guests gathered to honour achievements and contributions in various activities.
