KRC TIMES is edited by Biswadeep Gupta, a journalist by passion, a father, career coach & trainer, social thinker & journalistic researcher. He is the Founder of the ‘5E’ for Success philosophy.
Biswadeep is a vivid writer and due to his journalistic career, he contributes to many platforms as a content developer. He is passionate about photography and never hesitates to shoot good moments.
His entrepreneurial mindset makes him a perfect presenter but his inner demeanor is that of a behavioral researcher, a social thinker & great motivator. His 26 years of experience in the field of media, entrepreneurship, business consulting and training & development makes him a very contented and evolved person. At present, he runs his own Foundation as the Managing Trustee of the Knowledge Resource Centre Foundation (KRC Foundation) having its registered office in Silchar (Assam). KRC Foundation runs ‘KRC Times’ (www.krctimes.com) – a journalistic think tank initiative working in print & digital media. The foundation also runs ‘5E For Success’ an entity working in entrepreneurial research & training and socio- economic consulting.
Biswadeep echoes, ‘my humble family background has taught me to serve people at large irrespective of religion, caste or creed. Since my career space for the last 26 years were in the field of socio-economic activities, I have developed a strong urge of connecting with people at the grass root level. Through my various initiatives, I have worked in the upliftment of youth by employability coaching to the marginalized sections of society’.

Being a humble but assertive person with good presentation and communication skills makes me integrate well with teams from diverse cultures and attitudes; my ability to empathise makes me negotiate difficult situations and lead in a democratic manner.

I am highly passionate about my work, focused on single goal. I believe in seeing the end result. My self motivation gives me the energy to do hard work and unleash my potential. My personal statements always involve ‘I am responsible’ and thereby allow me to empathise with others. My positive attitude makes me an optimist and allows me to stay determined. My analytical and behavioral skills make me understand various facets of life, a resourceful person, and a problem solver. With my ‘I am OK, You are OK’ attitude – makes me adapt easily to a variety of people and situations. I believe my interpersonal skill helps me influence, motivate, and negotiate challenging situations.
