Kohima/ Nagaland : As part of community outreach initiatives, the Red Shield Division organised a Yoga and Meditation Session for the well-being of residents of Premnagar and Leimakhong villages in Manipur. The session included guided yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditation practices, led by trained instructors.

Participants were also sensitised about the importance of adopting yoga and meditation in daily life for stress management, improved concentration, and overall wellness. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation by villagers of all age groups.
Many expressed their gratitude to the Army for providing them with an opportunity to learn practices that enhance health and inner harmony. This outreach activity reflects the Indian Army’s continued dedication towards strengthening civil-military bonds and fostering the well-being of society.
