Silchar: With the Silchar Assembly election approaching, the Election Management Committee held an important strategic meeting to review and strengthen poll preparations.

The meeting featured detailed and focused discussions on building a clear roadmap for the campaign. Emphasis was laid on better coordination among party units, structured planning, and organised outreach to ensure an effective and result-oriented election campaign.

Several senior party leaders attended the meeting, including District President Rupam Saha, MLA Dipayan Chakraborty, District In-charge of the Election Management Committee Chandan Dey, Assembly In-charge Shashank Pal, senior leader Uday Shankar Goswami, and Mandal President Dulal Das. Other party leaders were also present.

Party sources said the meeting played a key role in aligning organisational strategy and boosting preparedness ahead of the upcoming Assembly elections.
