Boko: A 35-year-old man from Assam’s Boko area died in a landslide while working in Arunachal Pradesh’s Anjaw district on Sunday night. The deceased has been identified as Rupam Rabha, a resident of Bongaon Burhigaon under Boko. He was employed as a Poklen operator in the Walong area of Anjaw district.

According to reports, the incident took place at around 8:30 pm on Sunday when Rabha was operating the machine at a work site. A sudden landslide struck the area, burying the Poklen under debris. He died on the spot. The tragic incident has left his family and residents of his native village in deep shock.
