New Delhi: Environmentalist and education reformer Sonam Wangchuk has been discharged from Medanta Hospital in Gurugram following his recent hospitalization.

Sharing the update on social media, Wangchuk said his first stop after leaving the hospital would be Rajghat in New Delhi, where he plans to pay tribute to Mahatma Gandhi.

He added that after visiting Rajghat, he would return to the mountains, marking the next phase of his journey following his recovery.

Wangchuk’s discharge comes days after his hospitalization drew widespread attention from supporters across the country. His latest announcement has been welcomed by well-wishers, who expressed relief over his recovery and wished him good health for the days ahead.
