Meghalaya registered a convincing 3-0 victory over Maharashtra in their second Group C match of the Junior Boys National Football Championship in Bengaluru on Thursday.

The win took Meghalaya’s tally to six points, keeping them level with Mizoram in the group.

With the group winners advancing to the semi-finals, Meghalaya now face a crucial final group clash against Mizoram on September 5. The match will decide which team secures a place in the last four.
