‘We condemn the statement made by Paolienlal  Haokip, a BJP MLA having questionable credential of fraud legacy data and an alleged illegal immigrant, through his Twitter account on 10/02/2024’, stated a release by the socio-cultural organisation of Manipur, Meitei Leepun

“The Kuki-Zo political aspiration remains a Union Territory with Legislature. The resignation of the Chief Minister is just a precondition for talks.”, a tweet, now X was put out by the BJP MLA of Manipur.

If this statement is true, then the MLAs attempting to overthrow the government under N. Biren Singh is clearly colluding with illegal immigrants in a deliberate attempt to destabilize and disintegrate Manipur. They must take full responsibility for any untoward incidents that may arise as a result of their actions, the release stated from Meitei Leepun

‘We, the Meitei Leepun, will not remain silent  to any attempt to fragment Manipur and sternly warn those acting at the behest of illegal immigrants’, it further said
