Pakistan started proxy war against India in the form of Terrorism in 1980s first in Punjab , then in Kashmir and later spread it to Pan India . Post year 2000 , it did Parliament Attack in 2001 , multiple bomb blasts in various Indian cities from time to time and most brutal was Mumbai 26/11 .

Pre 2014 , India’s response to Terrorist Attacks used to be condemnation and giving dossiers to Pakistan . Pakistan used to throw those dossiers in dustbin.

Post 2014, India’s response to Terrorism changed drastically. Uri Attack in 2016 was responded by Uri Surgical Strikes that was carried out with Surgical precision by our Armed Forces . This was major shift in India’s response to Pakistan sponsored Terrorism. For the first time Indian Armed Forces crossed border in “peace time” carried out Surgical strikes and came back. And Pakistan couldn’t do anything.

In February 2019, after Pulwama Attack, India chose Aerial Route and for the first time , our AIRFORCE did bombardment in Pakistan as far as Balakote( deep inside Pakistan) during BALAKOTE AIR STRIKE. Pakistan did symbolic retaliation by sending its planes till Nowshera in J&K but nothing more happened. During both Uri Surgical Strikes and Balakote AIR Strikes, only Terrorist Camps were targeted and there was no attack on Military establishments of Pakistan.

In April 2025 , nearly 6 years after Pulwama, Pakistan dared to carry out gruesome Terrorist Attack in Pahalgam on April 22 , 2025 thinking that Modi 3.0 with 240 Lok Sabha seats (of BJP) must have got weakened and should be tested but Modi’s response was one notch higher this time that must have surprised Pakistan.

Apart from carrying out precision Strikes on Terrorist Camps in POJK (that is integral part of India as per resolution passed by Indian Parliament on February 22, 1994) what was most startling was targeting of Bhawalpur, the headquarter of Jaish E Mohammad Chief Masood Azar in Pakistan’s Punjab . This was another big step forward in India’s response against Terrorism.

This forced Pakistani Forces to launch counter attack on India that was responded so aggressively by India that Pakistan had to beg from America (within couple of days of India’s strong military response ) to persuade India for ceasefire. During India’s response, for the first time , India targeted Rawalpindi , the Military Headquarter of Pakistan and other main cities of Pakistan at its will .

Destruction of multiple AIR bases of Pakistan in last night’s Strikes by India brought Pakistan to its Knees. Since Pakistani Army is the ORIGINATOR of Terrorism against India , it was for the First Time in “peace time” as India’s response to Terrorism that Armed Forces of Pakistan were directly targeted and humiliated.

This is not a small development in India’s fight against Terrorism. Today , before halting India’s military operations against Pakistan, India declared that any Act of Terrorism against India will be an Act of War which means that if Pakistan dares to conduct another terrorist Attack on India , India will resume hammering of Pakistani Armed Forces where it had left yesterday. This is a Huge milestone in India’s fight against terrorism.

This means that the moment Terrorist Attack takes place in India , India reserves the right to target Pakistani Armed Forces and their establishments . Today’s development of halting military operations against Pakistan is end of Round 1 . Pakistan is never going to mend its ways .

Pakistan will definitely carry out another terrorist attack against India in future . So , brace up yourself for Round 2 . India’s response to Pakistan’s misadventure will be much much hasher next time as compared to this time .

Just wait and watch . India’s fight against Terrorism is far from over . It will continue.

India’s strong response against Pakistan after Pahalgam Attack has once again proved efficiency and professional supremacy of Indian Armed Forces . I am thankful to Indian Armed Forces for that . I am a resident of Jammu and Jammu that faced one of the most brutal assaults of Pakistan.

Today I am alive because of Indian Armed Forces and our Prime Minister Narendra Modi who modernized Indian Armed Forces with systems like S 400 that saved Jammu region along with other cities of North India like a Divine “Kavach” (Armour)Fine dining reservations

So dear India , Our country’ s mature and measured response to Pakistan Post Pahalgam Terrorist Attack will be remembered as watershed moment in India’s War Against Terrorism. We must feel proud of our Armed Forces and the leadership of our country.
