Silchar: Thirty-two patients from the Silchar Legislative Assembly constituency have received cheques from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.

Silchar MLA Dipayan Chakraborty, who distributed the cheques, prayed to Goddess Durga for the speedy recovery of each patient. He also expressed gratitude to Assam Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma for extending financial assistance through this initiative.

Chakraborty described the support as a vital relief for families facing medical hardships and acknowledged the Chief Minister’s commitment to ensuring that patients in need receive timely help.
