Silchar: Theatre lovers in Silchar are in for an enriching summer as Ajker Projonmo Theatre Group, in collaboration with Bibarton Theatre Group, is set to launch a beginner-level theatre workshop starting July 8 at Madhyashahar Sanskritik Hall, Park Road.

Catering to two age brackets 8 to 14 years (Children’s Group) and 15 to 30 years (Youth Group) the workshop aims to nurture creativity, build acting skills, enhance communication, and promote teamwork through theatre.

“This summer, be a part of something exciting,” said noted playwright and director Sayan Biswas, who will be mentoring the participants. “Our goal is to help individuals discover themselves through the transformative power of theatre.”

Organisers have urged early registration as seats are limited. Interested participants can contact members of either theatre group for details.
