Assam Cricket Association Launches Summer Coaching Camp in Silchar

On the first day, over 100 young participants attended, with more expected in the coming days

Silchar : Under the supervision of the Assam Cricket Association (ACA), a 14-day summer cricket coaching camp has commenced at the District Sports Association (DSA) ground in Silchar. Aimed at nurturing local talent, the camp will continue till July 24 and is open to both boys and girls of various age groups.

The camp will be guided by Dipankar Banerjee, head coach of Assam’s Under-16 boys team, who is scheduled to join from July 16. On the first day, over 100 young participants attended, with more expected in the coming days.

DSA President Shibabrata Dutta emphasized that such camps help players hone their skills and increase their chances of representing the state.
