Superintendent Dilip Kumar Mandal Urges Public to Avail Postal Savings and Insurance Benefits at Diphu Programme

Diphu : The Diphu Sub-Division Post Office organized a workshop-cum-awareness program on Wednesday to endorse Government of India postal products and services.
While addressing the postal agents and customers, Superintendent of Posts, Dipgu Dilip Kumar Mandal mentioned about the key offerings of postal services.
He mentioned Postal Life Insurance (PLI), Rural Postal Life Insurance (RPLI) and Postal Savings Bank (POSB) services. He stated about Recurring Deposits (RD), Time Deposits (TD) and the Sukanya Samriddhi Account (SSA) for girls aged between zeros to ten years.
“Many people are still unaware of these facilities. You should take advantage of them for maximum benefits,” Mandal urged. He also noted that the Post Office provides Parcel Package Unit (PPU) and international mail services.
The event was attended by Assistant Superintendent of Posts (ASP) HQ, Nagaon, Hifjur Rahman and ASP, Diphu Sub-Division, Debabrata Bora.
