Delhi: The BJP has filed a criminal defamation plea against Congress leaders , DK Shivakumar  Siddaramaiah and Rahul Gandhi two days after the Election Commission (EC)  issued a notice  to the grand old party. On Monday, the poll panel asked Congress to  “provide “proof” over the party’s “corruption rate card” advertisements in local and national newspapers targeting the BJP.
