Silchar: The District Employment Exchange, Silchar, in collaboration with the Career Counseling Cell of Radhamadhab College, organized a Career Counseling and Vocational Guidance Programme at the college auditorium on Friday. The session aimed to guide students toward employment opportunities and career development.

The event featured insightful and interactive sessions led by Dr. Sujit Tewari, Principal of Women’s College, Silchar, and guest speaker Rahul Debroy, Managing Director of Sharpener Competition Point, Silchar. Both speakers engaged with students, sharing their experiences and offering practical advice on building successful careers.

Welcoming the guests and participants, Dr. Arundhati Dutta Choudhury, Principal of Radhamadhab College, expressed gratitude to the District Employment Exchange for selecting the college as the venue. Dr. Rahul Sarania, Convener of the Career Counseling Cell, also extended thanks to the dignitaries and emphasized the importance of such programmes in helping students navigate the professional world.

The event was conducted by Dr. Swarnali Roy Choudhury, Assistant Professor in the Department of Philosophy, who ensured the smooth flow of the programme. The session concluded with an interactive Q&A segment, leaving students motivated and better informed about various career pathways.
