Silchar: A delegation from the BJP Minority Morcha, Cachar district committee, filed a complaint on Wednesday at the office of the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Cachar, and at the Silchar Sadar Police Station against a Facebook user named Samir Uddin for allegedly posting communal and derogatory comments on Facebook.
