SRIBHUMI : In a touching display of gratitude and reverence, former Member of Parliament Mission Ranjan Das visited his former teacher Abdul Malik at his residence, honouring him with heartfelt tributes.
Das presented Abdul Malik with a traditional uttoriyo and a gift as a mark of respect. The gesture underscored the deep bond between a student and his guru, transcending time and achievements.
Speaking to the media during the visit, Das recalled, “I passed my matriculation from Shyamsundar Vidyamandir and later joined Karimganj College. Sir was also my private tutor for English. I had been thinking about him a lot over the past few days, so I decided to meet him on this sacred day and express my gratitude.”
