Prof. Madan Mohan Goel, Propounder Needonomics School of Thought and three-time Vice-Chancellor,  spoke on the topic: “Science beyond Gender, Development beyond Divides: Needonomics Vision for Viksit Bharat on National Science Day 2026.”

To become a Viksit Bharat, science must transcend gender boundaries and development must rise above social divides, told Prof Goel.

Inclusiveness is inbuilt in science of soul as part and parcel of super-soul ( I+1=1), explained Prof Goel.

He highlighted that the Needonomics School of Thought (NST), a Kurukshetra-based think tank, advocates a deeper synthesis where science meets spirituality and empowerment is rooted not merely in policy but in consciousness.

He stated “Science without spirituality may create power without purpose. Spirituality without science may create vision without implementation. Together, they create sustainable and inclusive development.”

Prof. Goel called for gender budgeting to evolve from symbolic financial allocations to structural transformation.

According to Needonomics, the soul is gender-neutral, capability is universal, opportunity must be inclusive, and empowerment must be ethical.

He concluded that when science moves beyond gender and development rises beyond divides, India progresses toward becoming a truly Viksit Bharat—balanced, value-driven, and sustainable.
