Silchar: Itkhola Athletic Club has received the official sanction letter for the ten-lakh-rupee grant announced earlier by Rajya Sabha MP Bhubaneswar Kalita for expanding the club’s building.
The sanction letter was handed over on Friday by the MP’s representative, Deepan Dewanjee, to the club secretary and members.

The club expressed its gratitude to the MP for supporting the development project through his MPLAD funds. Members also acknowledged the efforts of Dipan Dewanjee, noting that his role was key in helping the club secure the grant.
