Mayong: Mystique Mayong Eco Tourism Resort, a 3 star eco luxury stay near Mayong–Pobitora, has received the Best Resort of the Year 2025 award from the Assam Hospitality Welfare Association.
The resort opened in September 2023. In a short time, it has become a popular travel spot in Assam. It lies about 40 km from Guwahati and around 15 km from Jagiroad. The property stands close to the famous Pobitora Wildlife Sanctuary, known for one of the highest numbers of the rare one horned rhinoceros in the world.
