Guwahati: Assam Police continue to tighten their grip on the drug trade with two major seizures reported in the past 24 hours.

In Guwahati’s Beltola area, city police seized heroin worth Rs.4 crore during a special operation. Meanwhile, in Cachar district, a joint team of Cachar Police and the Assam Rifles recovered Yaba tablets valued at Rs.6 crore from Changkuri.
