Sonai: An organisational meeting was held at Sonai Mandal on Thursday to review preparations for the upcoming visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the Barak Valley.
The meeting focused on planning and coordination to ensure that the Prime Minister’s visit is conducted in a smooth and well organised manner. Party leaders and workers discussed various aspects of the programme, including grassroots mobilisation and arrangements for the event.

Speaking about the preparations, Assam minister Kaushik Rai said the visit of the Prime Minister is expected to be a significant moment for the Barak Valley. He expressed confidence that the people of the region would extend a grand welcome to Modi.
Rai also said that the visit would mark the beginning of a new phase of growth and development for the region. According to him, efforts are being made to ensure that every part of the programme is carried out successfully.
Leaders present at the meeting said Barak Valley is fully prepared to welcome the Prime Minister and make the visit memorable.
