Silchar: On the eve of Teachers’ Day, Rajya Sabha MP Kanad Purkayastha visited PM SHRI Subhash Nagar LP School on Thursday and took part in a programme organised by the School Management Committee.

During the event, the MP felicitated several former and present teachers of the institution. The programme was organised to honour the contribution of educators and to mark the upcoming Teachers’ Day.
