Silchar: The District Sports Association (DSA), Silchar, on Wednesday announced the 12-member squad for the upcoming Women’s U-19 Inter-District Cricket Tournament-2025, scheduled to be held at Hailakandi.

The Silchar team will be led by Mani Verma as captain. The other members of the squad are Sonia Mitra, Banshika Singh, Anshu Nath Ram, Tisha Das, Purnima Suklabaidya, Anisah Khatun, Biswa Prabha Chanda, Rishita Singh, Megasree Deka, Mangngal Singha, and Mahi Rabidas.

The team will be coached by Urmila Chatterjee, with Sudipta Debroy serving as the manager. Extending his best wishes to the players, DSA General Secretary Atanu Bhattacharjee expressed confidence that the Silchar girls would put up a strong performance in the prestigious inter-district meet.
