Silchar: On the auspicious occasion of Kali Puja, Silchar MLA Dipayan Chakraborty inaugurated the newly built Community Hall of Krishi Vivek Cultural Club on Monday.

Before the inauguration, the MLA offered floral tributes at the feet of Goddess Kali, seeking blessings for peace and prosperity. Speaking at the event, Chakraborty said the new community hall will serve as an important space for cultural and social activities, strengthening the spirit of togetherness in the area.

He was accompanied by senior party members Bhola Purkayastha and Shashank Dev, along with other members of the club and local residents. The program concluded with prayers to Goddess Kali for the welfare and happiness of all.
