Guwahati: Assam Minister Kaushik Rai attended an important meeting of the State Election Management Committee held at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Bhawan in Basistha.

The meeting was chaired by Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma. Leaders discussed the upcoming elections in detail and reviewed preparations and strategy.

Senior party leaders were present, including Union Minister Sarbananda Sonowal, Assam Pradesh BJP President Dilip Saikia, BJP National Vice President and State In-charge Baijayant Jay Panda, State In-charge Harish Dwivedi, and State Organisational General Secretary Ravindra Raju.

Party workers also joined the session, which focused on coordination, planning, and strengthening ground level efforts ahead of the polls.
