At least three women were injured when the ceiling of the maternity ward of the churachandpur district hospital collapsed on Saturday afternoon.

The injured women have been identified as Kimmuançhing, w/o David V. Munhoi who was injured on her leg and body; Lhingboi, w/o Lalgin Lkhongbung who hurt her arm and waist and Lheitin, w/o Hemlet Th. Bethsaida who was hit on her back including serious injury on her head.
