Imphal: In a show of solidarity and humanitarian concern, Uripok Apunba Lup (UAL) and Uripok Nupi Apunba Lup (UNAL) have provided financial assistance to people affected by the recent incident at Litan.

The support was not limited to those impacted by the incident. Monetary help was also extended to a few individuals facing hardships due to illness and other personal difficulties. The assistance was handed over at Yaingangpokpi through members and volunteers of Khatho Katamnao Long.

Representatives of the organisations shared that the contribution, though small, was meant to offer some relief and encouragement to those going through a tough phase.The initiative reflects a continued effort by local civil bodies to stand beside communities during times of distress.
