Udharbond: An 80-year-old man from Udharbond has gone missing in Guwahati, prompting his family to seek public assistance. Rathindra Purkayastha, also known as Gopal, disappeared on Saturday evening after stepping out for a walk around 4 pm. He was last seen near Ashray Apartment at Namghar Path, Rangamanchapath, in the Beltola area.

His daughter has lodged a missing person report at Dispur Police Station and requested urgent action to trace him. Purkayastha is about 5 feet 11 inches tall, has a dark complexion, and was last seen wearing a shirt and trousers.
