Pema Khandu, Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh on 12th October as part of the Gandhi Sankalp Yatra visited a fish farm developed by a local progressive farmer from Yingkiong In Arunachal Pradesh .

The farm area has fish ponds, rice fields and animal rearing. Khandu appreciated the ingenuity of the farmer.
