Haryana : Bhagalpur’s Vikramshila Hindi Vidyapeeth dedicated to the promotion and development of the national language Hindi and folk languages, since its inception, has been continuously striving for the promotion of auxiliary dialects and sub-dialects of Hindi and Hindi literature. Vidyapeeth has played an important role in bringing Indian folk literature to light through the Hindi medium. In this episode, on 14th April, the whole session was completed grandly.

Dr. Surendra Prasad Singh, the inaugural of the convention and former Vice Chancellor of Veer Kunwar Singh University, said in his inaugural speech that respect increases a person’s dignity and humiliation narrows a person’s personality.

He said that the process of awarding certificates and honorary degrees to Saraswat seekers of other Indian languages including Hindi literature is going on; So that their morale increases and seminars, camps, workshops, rituals, and training programs based on burning issues, topics, research work and social literary service duties of Hindi and Hindi auxiliary languages are organized, operation and teaching training continues.

  Bhagalpur’s Vikramshila Hindi Vidyapeeth is also making efforts in this direction. The purpose of establishing the Vidyapeeth is to upgrade art, literature, and culture. Dr. Satyawan Saurabh and Priyanka Saurabh, residents of village Barwa of Siwani sub-division under Bhiwani district of Haryana and the country’s famous young writer and a dedicated couple for Hindi, were decorated with the honorary title of Vidyavachaspati in the presentation session of the convention. This degree is equivalent to a Ph.D. This title has been given to Mr. Saurabh’s couple keeping in mind their dedication and long service towards Hindi.

Given the contributions of Mr. Saurabh’s couple, Vikramshila Hindi Vidyapeeth Bhagalpur conferred the honorary degree of ‘Vidyavachaspati’ (Ph.D.) at its convocation ceremony on 14th April. This title was given by the Chancellor of the Vidyapith Suman Ji Bhai, Vice Chancellor Tej Narayan Kushwaha, Registrar Devendra Nath Shah, Dean Yogendra Narayan Sharma ‘Arun’ and University Grants Commission member K.D.
