Whether Mamata Banerjee provides land by 31 March as per the High Court’s order or not is irrelevant. In April, a BJP Chief Minister will complete the border fencing work within 45 days. This is our promise, and we have proved that we deliver on our promises. In Assam, when the Congress was in power, infiltration was not stopped. But the moment a BJP government was formed, infiltration came to a halt.
