Kojagor Photography Exhibition Season 2
KRC TIMES National Bureau
Kolkata : Nestled in the heart of Amlasol, Kojagar is a serene homestay, a namesake of Buddhadeb Guha’s novel; quite an uncanny resemblance.
Founded by internationally acclaimed photographer Sandipan Mukherjee and his partners and co-hosted by Snidha Mukherjee, Kojagar is not more than just a destination, it’s a thriving community. Born out of this community is Kojagar Photography Clique that unites storytellers of light and shadow in a pursuit to deliver visual poetry.
The ongoing Season 2 exhibition, curated by an eminent and veteran photographer Mr. Sankar Ghosh, has been open for visitors from 1st to 7th August at the Academy of Fine Arts’ North Gallery, from 12 noon to 8 pm.
This exhibition is more than a display of images — it is a canvas of living narratives. Spotted Owlet blinking from ancient boughs, butterflies hovering over Mayurjharna, chameleons melting into the leafy camouflage, and tribal dancers swaying barefoot at dusk, their rhythm entwined with the heartbeat of the land – each frame invites you into a non-chalant conversation with nature, time and yourself.
Here’s your final chance to immerse yourself in an ephemeral world that asks only for attention, and rewards it with silence and wonder. Step inside once, and a part of you may never wish to leave.
