Silchar: Assam University’s B-School marked a notable international presence this week as Dr. Deepjyoti Choudhury, Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration, delivered a special lecture at Surindra Rajabhat University in Surin, Thailand, on 22 November 2025.

Dr. Choudhury spoke to a class of more than 50 MBA students at the Faculty of Management Sciences, taking a two-hour session on E-Marketing of Logistics Management for Global E-Commerce. The discussion opened up a lively exchange on how digital marketing shapes international supply chains and the challenges businesses face when operating across borders.

The visit carried added significance. Surindra Rajabhat University fully sponsored Dr. Choudhury’s academic trip, which included this teaching assignment, his role as a session chair at an international conference, and all associated hospitality. The support signals growing cooperation between the two universities and reflects the value placed on Dr. Choudhury’s work in the field.
