Bokakhat: Assam Minister for Panchayat & Rural Development, Excise, Implementation of Assam Accord, and Border Protection & Development, Atul Bora, on Sunday inaugurated the newly reconstructed office building of the Dusutimukh Gaon Panchayat under the Golaghat West Development Block in Bokakhat constituency.
The new office building has been constructed with financial assistance under the 15th Finance Commission (15th FC) scheme, with the objective of strengthening grassroots governance and improving the delivery of public services in rural areas.

Following the inauguration ceremony, the minister attended a programme held at the Panchayat’s conference hall, where he interacted with officials and staff members. During the meeting, Bora emphasized the importance of dedicated and transparent public service and encouraged the staff to work with sincerity and commitment for the welfare of rural communities.
