“To reopen the educational institutions in Haryana, we have to use a well-defined 13 point strategy based on WHO health protocol for the safety of students as honest citizens without blame game, ” said Professor M.M. Goel Vice-Chancellor Starex University and founder of Needonomics School of Thought here today. He was speaking in a webinar on “Safety of Students in Post Pandemic Era” organised by the Haryana Institute of Public Administration. Dr Anshu Tiwari convenor delivered the welcome address and introduced Vice-Chancellor Prof. M.M. Goel.

We have to understand challenges in Pandemic India including Haryana as New Normal and welcome reopening schools from July 2021; colleges, universities from August in Haryana in Phase II of lockdown 5.0 under guidelines of the Ministry of Home Affairs, said Prof. Goel.

On reopening educational institutions, students will have to refrain from shaking hands and hugging with alertness, awareness, and awakening of the fallouts and say Namaste to ensure physical distancing, told Prof Goel.

We have to address the illness in the behaviour of all the stakeholders including parents and students told Prof. Goel.

To work without worries, we have to be soul-conscious as the real education needed today in addition to proper, productive, and practical (3P) use of head, heart, and hands (3H), told Prof. Goel.

For reopening the educational institutions, all the stakeholders have to become street SMART (simple, moral, action-oriented, responsive, and transparent), emphasized Prof. Goel.

We need to accept the online environment as new normal created by the covid crisis with changed looks, actions, and words as the LAW of the land told Vice-Chancellor Goel

There is a strong case for the smooth transition of education in post covid era with precautions of all kinds in the strategy for reopening the educational institutions in Haryana, believes Prof. Goel.
