Assam Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma addressed a massive rally of BJP at Sarihajan, Bokajan sub-division yesterday. Dr. Sarma appealed to the voters to vote for BJP candidate Amarsing Tisso; he assured substantial development works when BJP returned to power in the Centre.

Dr. Sarma spoke about BJP parties’ concern about the needy section of the society mentioning about the schemes like Aronodoi, Lakh Pati Baido, PMAY, Ujjwala gas connection and allocation of Ration Cards with medical claim up to five lakh rupees.

 He spoke about special educational packages for girl students and free college admission of all HSLC pass students.

Chief Executive Member of Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council Tuliram Ronghang, Dy. Speaker of Assam Legislative Assembly Dr. Numal Momin, sitting MP of Diphu constituency Horensing Bey were present in the meeting.
