Imphal: In a significant milestone for the startup and innovation ecosystem of the state, CubeTen Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has been officially recognized as the State Incubation Centre by the Government of Manipur. The recognition marks an important step in the Government’s vision of promoting entrepreneurship, fostering innovation, and creating a robust support system for startups and technology-driven enterprises in Manipur.
The recognition entrusts CubeTen Technologies with the responsibility of nurturing innovative startups, mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs, facilitating industry collaborations, and providing incubation support to transform innovative ideas into successful enterprises. The initiative is expected to strengthen the startup ecosystem by creating employment opportunities, encouraging research and innovation, and supporting the growth of technology-based businesses across the state.
Founded in 2010, CubeTen Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has grown into one of the leading indigenous technology companies in Northeast India. The company was among the first organizations to be empanelled by the Department of Information Technology, Government of Manipur, and has since played a pioneering role in the implementation of several flagship e-Governance and digital transformation initiatives for the Government of Manipur. Over the last fifteen years, CubeTen has earned a reputation for delivering innovative, reliable, and citizen-centric technology solutions that have significantly enhanced public service delivery and governance.

Today, CubeTen is recognized for its expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Digital Governance, Internet of Things (IoT), Robotics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Enterprise Software Development, Mobile Applications, Data Analytics, and Emerging Technologies. The company has successfully implemented a wide range of mission-critical projects spanning citizen service delivery, healthcare, education, tourism, environmental monitoring, smart mobility, legislative digitization, digital records management, and AI-enabled governance systems.
As the designated State Incubation Centre, CubeTen Technologies will provide aspiring entrepreneurs and startups with comprehensive incubation support, including mentoring, technical guidance, business advisory services, product development assistance, investor connect programmes, market linkages, intellectual property support, capacity-building initiatives, and access to modern innovation infrastructure.
The Centre will also collaborate closely with educational institutions, universities, research organizations, industry leaders, and government departments to foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship among the youth of Manipur.
To mark this important occasion, Dr. R.K. Radhesana Devi, Director, Planning, Government of Manipur, visited the CubeTen Technologies campus and interacted with the management and technical team. During her visit, she toured the company’s innovation facilities, including its Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, IoT, GIS, and Software Development laboratories, and was briefed on the various technology solutions and flagship projects being implemented by the company.
The visit was followed by an extensive discussion on strengthening Manipur’s startup ecosystem, creating greater opportunities for young entrepreneurs, promoting industry-academia collaboration, and encouraging innovation-led economic growth. Discussions also focused on developing a sustainable ecosystem where startups can access mentorship, technical expertise, funding opportunities, and institutional support to successfully scale their ventures. Dr. Radhesana Devi appreciated CubeTen’s continued efforts in building local technological capabilities and its contribution towards nurturing innovation within the state.
CubeTen Technologies is led by Haobam Joyremba, a renowned technologist, entrepreneur, and innovation leader who has represented Manipur and India at several prestigious international forums. He has participated in United Nations conferences and summits on Artificial Intelligence held in Geneva, Vienna, and Bangkok, where he presented on AI for inclusive development, digital governance, Small Language Models (SLMs), and the importance of developing AI solutions that address local languages and regional challenges. Through these international engagements, he has consistently advocated for the responsible and inclusive use of Artificial Intelligence to bridge digital divides and accelerate socio-economic development, particularly in developing regions.
