Being the oldest Sixth Schedule Council in the nation established in 29th April 1952, the land is believed to be filled with richness of its own tradition, culture, believes, laws and rights.

The set of rules that attain the force of law in society because they are observed continuously and uniformly for a long time, handed over from one generation to the next. This set of customary law of the land is gradually seen losing its hold and importance paving its way to deviations from its own traditions. Thus with the objective of preserving the age old customs and laws CEM Debolal Gorlosa initiated for this project, to be completed soon.

Also prioritizing necessity of the students’ fraternity, two numbers of buses were flagged off for the use of college students under the DHAC Transport Department.
