A painting competition is being organised by Manipur Information Commission and Department of Fine Arts, Manipur University on 31st December 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at Department of Fine Arts, Manipur University
The theme of the competition is “Right to Information” (RTI) and is open for all.
The competition is being sponsored by the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), Government of India. The Prize money includes 1st Prize Rs. 15,000/-, 2nd Prize Rs. 10000/-3rd Prize Rs. 5,000/-
