New Delhi: The standoff over the alleged NEET-UG paper leak continued on Wednesday after Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) activist and protest leader Saurav Das rejected the government’s invitation for talks at BJP president JP Nadda’s residence.

Addressing reporters at the protest site, Das said the protesters had “flatly refused” the invitation, insisting that any discussions should instead take place at Jantar Mantar or another neutral venue nearby.

He maintained that the government should engage with the demonstrators at the protest site rather than asking them to visit a political leader’s residence. According to Das, the protesters remain firm on their demand for a fair and transparent dialogue over the alleged paper leak issue.

The development indicates that the deadlock between the protesters and the government remains unresolved, with no immediate breakthrough in sight.
