The book brings together a collection of essays on important social and political issues concerning West Bengal, Barak Valley and Tripura. The essays were published over the years in various local newspapers and magazines.

Roy has previously authored two well-received essay collections, Upekshito Barak and Ekhono Kandchhe Swarnagarbha Barak, both of which focused on the problems, prospects and socio-political realities of Barak Valley.

Readers and literary circles are hopeful that Tin Bhuvaner Bangali will receive a similarly warm response. The book will be formally released at a function to be held at Hotel Ellora, Silchar, on July 21 at 5 pm.
