Exploring the availability of quarantine facilities in the face of increasing demand for quarantine facilitiesin in Cachar, Assam

Deputy Commissioner of Cachar Assam,  Keerthi Jalli met various religious leaders over the availability of quarantine facilities in the face of increasing demand for quarantine facilities. 

She was joined by District Development Commissioner Jessica Lalsim and circle officer Silchar Dhrubajoyti Pathak visited various proposed quarantine centers due to the increasing demand of quarantined people in the district. Meetings were held with Father Nelson Joseph.

Deputy Commissioner inspected all the buildings and enquired about the drinking water facilities, sanitisation, and toilet facilities which will be provided to the inmates at the quarantine center. 

Later Deputy Speaker of Assam Legislative Assembly Aminul Haque Laskar accompanied by Deputy commissioner Jalli and Superintendent of Police, Cachar Manabendra Dev Ray visited Madrasas. Deputy Commissioner spoke to various Maulanas and Mullahs. She also inspected all the rooms of the building and enquired about the drinking water and toilets facilities. She emphasized again on coming together of all religions in fighting against this pandemic together.
