The Kadamtala Battalion of Assam Rifles under the aegis of Headquarters 21 Sector Assam Rifles and Inspector General Assam Rifles (East) organised Humanitarian assistance to locals and churches in Dima Hasao District today.

Total 25 locals from remote Villages of Mualien, Nutan Paisa and Bara Arkap and Five churches under Dima Hasao District were extended aid. The event was aimed to help needy villagers in remote areas to foster and develop a good rapport between the Armed forces and locals.

The villagers extended gratitude for the assistance and conveyed greetings for the Christmas.
