KRC Foundation

The candidates selected are from various towns of north east India and initial screening was undertaken by KRC Foundation, a training and development organisation having its operations in the north east region of the country.

Biswadeep Gupta, Managing Trustee of KRC Foundation said that they undertake the process of screening resume, initial telephonic profiling to understand the candidates skills and requirements as well as to brief the candidates about the work from home work.

‘Once we shortlist the candidates we forward the list along with our feedback to the company and from then on they take the interviews and selection process forward. We have no control on the selection process and our responsibility is to shortlist and match the candidates according to the job description, he said.
