We need to accept the challenge of the competition with the foreign universities by spiritual training of teachers based on sermons from Gita and Anu-Gita to become unique even if weak, “believes, former Vice Chancellor and  Kurukshetra based needonomist Professor M.M. Goel.

He was addressing a Webinar organised by International Chamber for Service Industry today on the topic ‘New Education Policy (NEP) 2020: Role of a Teacher’.  Dr. Gulshan Sharma, DG-ICSI welcomed and presented a citation on the achievements of Prof. Goel.

Conversion of careless into careful and useless into useful Indian youth is the greatest challenge in the implementation of NEP 2020 with the greatest limitation of overpopulation in Bharat, told Professor Goel.

We need to reduce the scarcity of teachers by encouraging shadow teachers out of senior students under earn while you learn scheme, believes Needonomist Goel.

The fraternity of teachers deserve to be known as children of Sarswati in the knowledge economy of India where ‘Sarswati’ is equally if not more than ‘Lakshmi is worshipped, said Professor Goel.

Spiritual enthusiasm is needed to say ‘no’ to the crimes of all kinds as deteriorating standards in education are caused by Spiritual bankruptcy and commercialization, said Prof. Goel.

To make education relevant, we require street ‘SMART’ teachers (simple, moral, action-oriented, responsive and transparent) with effective leadership qualities, told Goel.
