In a spat between the Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma Chief Minister of Assam and Gaurav Gogoi going on in social media regarding a controversy of receiving 10 Crore subsidy in a government scheme by Pride East Entertainments Pvt Ltd which is being run by Riniki Bhuyan Sharma the wife of Assam Chief Minister, the Chairperson and Managing Director of the Company in question, Riniki Bhuyan Sarma released a video statement in Twitter in response to the allegation being leveled.

The company has decided to file a defamation case of 10 Crores against Gaurav Gogoi, Assam MP and son of former Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi.
