Silchar: Acting on specific intelligence, Cachar Police conducted a raid in the Lathimara area under Katigorah Police Station and busted a major drug network.

During the operation, police seized 6,000 Yaba tablets weighing around 654 grams and arrested one person in connection with the case. The seized contraband has been legally sealed under the provisions of the NDPS Act.
