Agartala: The Bharatiya Janata Party has constituted two separate 15-member committees to oversee preparations for the upcoming elections to the Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (TTAADC) and the Dharmanagar Assembly by-election.
According to party sources, the committee formed for the TTAADC polls includes key leaders such as Ministers Tinku Roy, Sushanta Chowdhury, Bikas Debbarma, and Santana Chakma. Former MP Rebati Tripura is also part of the panel, along with party General Secretaries and ST Morcha President Parimal Debbarma.
A separate committee has been formed for the Dharmanagar Assembly by-election. The panel includes Minister Sudhangshu Das, party Vice President Tapas Bhattacharya, General Secretary and MLA Bhagaban Das, State Secretary Ratan Ghosh, Joint Treasurer MK Nath, along with other state committee members.
